  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange (model, size and/or color) or for a refund of the amount paid.

    Return shipping costs are at customer's charge, both within Italy and internationally. You may use the courier partnered with .bijouets or choose your own.

    In the case of an exchange, the shipping of the new item will be covered by .bijouets. Exchanges are allowed only once and only for items of the same value.

    .bijouets reserves the right to refuse or limit returns in cases of improper use of the products or an excessive number of return requests.

  • Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed. Products require up to 5 working days for production, after which they are shipped.

    Shipping is carried out via our partnered courier and tracking details will be sent by email.

    Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are displayed at checkout; shipping in Canada, Norway, Switzerland, USA and UK is free of charge for orders over €200.

    For shipments outside the EU, any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. .bijouets is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or customs.
