Rosa Topputo, born in Altamura, and Alessio Tommasetti, born in Rome, both graduated in architecture at Sapienza di Roma in 2003: two desperate architects have chosen to continue to dream creatively, adding a bit of sarcasm and criticism to season their beliefs. They have founded a study that denounced the acronym itself the desire not to surrender to reality, while being aware of the current state: Desperate Architects Rome City, or D’Arc Studio.
From that moment on, the polyhedral and restless soul of the studio started a production ranging from architecture to industrial design, taking advantage of analogue and digital tools for the design of projects that travel on the guideline of experimentation and innovation, sustainability and ecology, and above all of irony and simplicity.
In their projects the study involves in a concrete way all the collaborators and interns with co-designer roles, as in the case of Cambiami with Valentina De Santis.
