It is not necessary to be registered on the website www.bijouets.com to purchase. You can proceed to checkout as a guest or by creating an account. The registration procedure is very simple and the data will be treated in full compliance with the Privacy Policy.
To buy the products, click on the “Add to cart” button, then click on “Checkout”, fill in the required data and confirm the purchase. When the order is confirmed, the customer receives an email containing all the information related to the purchase (order number, products purchased, total amount, billing and shipping address). The customer can check, at any time, the order status by accessing the dedicated page on the website.
Recoloring service
The recoloring service aims to increase the durability of our products. Products can only be recolored in black: no other colors can be requested during order processing.
To access the service, on the “Recoloring” page simply click on the service requested, choosing from ring, bracelet, necklace and earrings. It is possible to request recoloring of more than one product: this choice is preferable, for the containment of internal and transportation costs.
Our Customer Service will contact the customer after the order is processed. The customer must ship the products to .bijouets, using the desired courier; the address where to send the goods will be communicated by email. Times may vary and can be up to 10 business days for handling the entire order. .bijouets reserves the right to extend the estimated time at any time for reasons strictly related to the production process.
E-Gift Card
The E-Gift Card is a code that is sent via e-mail to the receiver specified by the customer at the time of their purchase on www.bijouets.com. It is usable for the purchase of products on the .bijouets website. It is issued for the amount chosen by the customer from a minimum of €50 to a maximum of €500.
It does not incur any issuance or activation costs and is spendable on the website until its value is fully depleted. The E-Gift Card has an unlimited duration from the date of receipt of the e-mail containing its code. It is not convertible into cash and the balance of the same cannot be returned to the customer in any form.

To check the balance, you need to go to My Account > Gift Cards, where you will find the following information: the code, the balance and where the card has been used.
The E-Gift Card is bearer, not named, and the code can be used by anyone who types it in to make a purchase. The receiver is solely responsible for the use and safekeeping of the relevant code. If this code is stolen, lost or damaged, the E-Gift Card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.
.bijouets reserves the right to verify the correct use of the E-Gift Card and to intervene in case of established violations, but no responsibility can be attributed to .bijouets for improper or fraudulent use of E-Gift Cards by third parties. The processing of the customer’s and recipient’s personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
Terms of payment
Credit card or Paypal: it is possible to pay through Paypal even without being a Paypal user. All payment methods supported by the circuit are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Carta Aura and Discover. The transaction takes place online through secure encrypted systems according to the SSL (Secur Socket Layer) system and no credit card information is held by .bijouets at any time.
Bank transfer: choosing this type of payment, at the end of the order the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the bank details to proceed with the bank transfer. Payment must be made within five working days from the receipt of the confirmation, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Delivery of goods
Customers are asked to carefully check the package before accepting the goods by the courier. If the package is damaged, the customer is asked to accept it with reserve. Any disputes for damaged or incorrect goods must be sent to .bijouets, writing an email to bijouets@bijouets.com within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
If the package is not delivered for reasons that depend on the customer (wrong address or telephone number, absent consignee, rejection of the goods, etc.) the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If the customer fails to communicate the reasons of rejection of the goods, .bijouets reserves the right to withhold the entire sum of the order.
Order cancellation by .bijouets
.bijouets reserves the right to cancel any purchase order at its complete discretion. If the order is canceled after payment, .bijouets will take the necessary steps to re-accredit to the customer the same amount as the one already paid.
