PRODUCT CARE
The jewels and sunglasses .bijouets are extremely light, resistant and elastic, thanks to the material they are made of (PA12 sintered nylon).
The coloring by immersion makes them unique: slight imperfections in color are an integral part of the handcrafted finish.
The earring pins are made of hypoallergenic nickel-tested silver. The lenses are made by Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens in CR39, a resistant polymer with excellent optical and mechanical properties.
Each product is shipped in its own natural cardboard packaging; the sunglasses are put in a small cloth bag, to avoid bumps and scratches to the lenses.
Care and maintenance
.bijouets products do not need any special measure for their care and storage. Nevertheless, the following should be taken into consideration.
The products can be washed with water and neutral soap. Too frequent washing and direct exposure to the sun for many hours in non-ventilated areas could cause the piece to discolor.
Jewelry and sunglasses should not be in contact with chemicals. In particular, gel, perfume and hairspray can damage them, so they should never come into direct contact with the product. The products could be damaged by chlorinated, thermal and sea water. It is recommended a moderate use in the pool, the spa and the sea.
Do not twist or pull the products too hard to wear them and do not place heavy objects on them. Nylon is durable but not indestructible.
