Shipping times

The order cannot be processed until payment is fully collected through the banking system.

Our products can take up to five working days to be produced and after that the shipment is carried out. During high season and sales periods, deliveries may be delayed.

The courier generally takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver the goods.

Shipping methods

Shipments are made by courier. When the order is shipped, customers receive an email with the tracking number and the direct link to check the shipping status.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and cannot fix appointments. After two failed delivery attempts, the customer will be contacted. We suggest to enter a phone number in the data, in order to be contacted by the courier.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost varies from country to country. You can calculate the shipping cost directly in the Checkout. Shipping in Canada, Norway, Switzerland, USA and UK is free of charge for orders over €200.

All shipments destined for non-EU countries could be charged with duties and taxes, according to the regulations of the country. All costs are borne by the recipient.

We remind you that, starting from January 1, 2021, citizens who buy from the United Kingdom can face the payment of UK VAT and customs taxes when importing the goods purchased.
