.bijouets products do not need any special measure for their care and storage. Nevertheless, the following should be taken into consideration.
The products can be washed with water and neutral soap. Too frequent washing and direct exposure to the sun for many hours in non-ventilated areas could cause the piece to discolor.
Jewelry and sunglasses should not be in contact with chemicals. In particular, gel, perfume and hairspray can damage them, so they should never come into direct contact with the product. The products could be damaged by chlorinated, thermal and sea water. It is recommended a moderate use in the pool, the spa and the sea.
Do not twist or pull the products too hard to wear them and do not place heavy objects on them. Nylon is durable but not indestructible.

Shipments are made by Mailboxes. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and cannot fix appointments.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods, for model, size and/or color change or full refund of the amount. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, both in Italy and abroad.

.bijouets bracelets are available in three sizes: S, M and L.
Some bracelets are in one size and cannot be adjusted in width.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods, for model, size and/or color change or full refund of the amount.
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, both in Italy and abroad. The customer can choose to use the courier of .bijouets (the shipping costs relating to the Country from which the return is being made will be withheld) or use a courier of his choise.
In the case of model, size and/or color change, the shipment of the new item is at .bijouets’ expense. Model, size and/or color change can be done only once and for products of the same price.
In the event of unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right, e.g. someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them or in case of a too high number of returns, then .bijouets might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. Furthermore, .bijouets may charge the customer for any costs relating to the management of product returns.

-The order cannot be processed until payment is fully collected through the banking system.
Our products can take up to five working days to be produced and after that the shipment is carried out. During high season and sales periods, deliveries may be delayed.
-Shipments are made by Mailboxes. When the order is shipped, customers receive an email with the tracking number and the direct link to check the shipping status.
